**Newcomer on the scene of ebook publishing: Draft2Digital:  https://draft2digital.com/#how-it-works

D2D says: “We’ll handle the formatting. You set the price of your books, get monthly payments, & see daily reports of your book sales. We make it all work with 24-hour support and dedicated customer service. We keep 10% of the sales price, and our authors keep 100% of their rights. What’s the catch? There isn’t one. If you’ve already published your book through another distributor, you can still use Draft2Digital to expand your reach and simplify your project maintenance for all other sales channels.”

Their home page says: “There are no fees for formatting or distributing your book. When you sell a book, we both make money. … We don’t try to upsell you to some expensive services package or nickel-and-dime you for making changes to your e-book.” As of April 27, their website says they will distribute your book through iBooks, Barnes & Noble, Kobo, Inktera, Tolino (a German Consortium), and subscription services Scribd and 24 Symbols.
